(A) Arrangements of Annual General Meeting
The 2010 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Hong Kong Public Health Inspectors' Association (HKPHIA) is scheduled to be held on 9 July 2010 (Friday) at 6:30 p.m. at R.P. Dining Room, Level 3, Royal Plaza Hotel, 193 Prince Edward Road West, Mong Kok, Kowloon (九龍旺角太子道西193號帝京酒店三樓帝京廳). Immediately after the AGM, a dinner buffet is arranged at the R.P. Dining Room for the participants. The location map is clipped in the file below for your reference.
The HKPHIA now cordially invites you to attend the AGM and the dinner buffet (non-members are welcome for the dinner buffet). The dinner buffet charges at the rate of HK$220 per head for members and HK$370 per head for non-members. Guidelines on the Election of 2010-2012 Members of the Executive Committee Please reserve your time for attendance and we are looking forward to your participation in the event.
(B) Election of 2010-2012 Executive Committee (EC) Members
According to the rules made under constitution of HKPHIA, nine EC members of HKPHIA shall be elected biennially by secret ballot during AGM. In this connection, election of 2010-2012 EC members will also be held during the AGM on 9 July 2010. If you are interested to serve our grade/members or you wish to nominate other suitable member(s) for election, please read the attached guidelines and complete the nomination form. The nomination period is from 28 May 2010 to 18 June 2010 noon. Late nomination will not be accepted.
